Kid running around the living room:

DADDY!!!! DADDY!!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!?! I NEED HELP!!!!

Daddy in basement:
What's going on?

Kid:
IT'S NIGHT TIME AND I CAN'T FIND OUR CAVE!!!!
This is only the beginning :S. In the end, Daddy's help came too late... we got within view of our cave entrance, but got shot down by a few skeletons.

Time Traveller

Daddy to Mommy: "Do you remember that place? We once found a cache there!"
Kid: "I do!"
Daddy: "How is that possible? We went there before you were born..."
Kid (matter-of-factly): "I used the TARDIS!"
Mommy: "He'd sound so dumb to those who don't know what he's talking about..."
Daddy: "But that's a most perfect and logical answer!!!!" :D

"Daddy, did you know the Death Star went BOOOOM because the X-wing shot things into the hole?!"
I couldn't be more proud, son. XD

Jetlag

The worst part about jetlag is when everyone is trying to sleep, your munchkin is fully awake and running around from 1 am in the morning. :(

Work up this morning and saw this in the morning news.

Sesame Workshop’s Statement Regarding Kevin Clash

In June of this year, Sesame Workshop received a communication from a then 23 year old man who alleged that he had a relationship beginning when he was 16 years old with Kevin Clash, a Sesame Workshop puppeteer who performs as Elmo. We took the allegation very seriously and took immediate action. We met with the accuser twice and had repeated communications with him. We met with Kevin, who denied the accusation. We also conducted a thorough investigation and found the allegation of underage conduct to be unsubstantiated. Although this was a personal relationship unrelated to the workplace, our investigation did reveal that Kevin exercised poor judgment and violated company policy regarding internet usage and he was disciplined.
Our munchkin has taken quite a liking to Elmo and his furry friends on Sesame Street.   I'm kind of glad he's too young to question.....I'd have a hard time explaining why Elmo is taking a break.  Whether it's with a minor or not...dude.. you were in your 40's. :-(
